Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.

About the Position

The Fenty Beauty Social Media Team is responsible for storytelling and illustrating Fenty Beauty’s content pillars through thumb-stopping social-first digital experiences. As an intern, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to work with our social marketing team to create fresh, innovative content for our TikTok that bring Fenty’s brand DNA to life. This is the perfect position for those who are energized by concepting, shooting and editing engaging TikTok content. This role will report directly to our Manager of Social Media.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize: Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs as well as our competitor’s offerings to create a unique edge to our product proposition on digital platforms

  • Position: Define, test and refine our global eccom product page messaging and creative representation in collaboration with sales and creative teams

  • Build: Deliver a compelling, end-to-end customer experience at the digital of point of sale

  • Analyze: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to test experience and make data-backed improvements

  • Influence: Create a process that allows digital and sales team to effectively use creative assets in sales conversion

Requirements

  • Experience using TikTok in a professional setting

  • Experience monitoring, analyzing and reporting on KPIs, and using data to understand and adjust social media strategy

  • Strong writing and editing skills in order to articulate the brand “voice” in a creative, compelling, and witty matter via commentary and community management

  • Concept, shoot and edit quickly & comfortably on the TikTok app and other editing softwares. Experience using Final Cut a plus

  • Thrives off of creating content that genuinely connects with audiences

  • Confidence in front of a camera

  • Bold and creative, out-of-the-box thinker who also has a strong attention to detail and understands the nuances of Tiktok content

  • Must be a go-getter, positive, and outgoing person with an entrepreneurial mindset

Other information

Compensation: From $22.00 to $22.00 per hour
