The Black Sheep began as a college-focused article and media company, created to share content that resonated with student life and campus culture. Over time, it evolved into a national, college-focused marketing company that helps brands connect authentically with student audiences across the country.

Our mission is to create meaningful, real-world connections between brands and college students while giving students paid, resume-building opportunities. We believe student voices and peer-to-peer marketing are the most powerful ways to build brand trust on campus. Through our campus ambassador program, we hire students to represent brands at their universities.

Ambassadors promote local and national businesses through field marketing like tabling events, flyering, door hangers, bar and street promos, social content, and word-of-mouth outreach. It’s hands-on marketing experience that helps students build professional skills while earning money and making an impact on their campus.

What You’ll Do:

- Work on-campus promo events

- Flyer, table, and street/bar promote

- Engage fellow students

- Share quick recaps/photos

You’re a Good Fit If You:

- Are a current college student

- Are outgoing and reliable

- Use TikTok and/or Instagram

- Know your campus scene

The Details:

- $60 per event

- Events last about 3 hours

- Part-time, contractor role

- Dates vary by campus/campaign
