Main purpose of the Performance Marketing Intern  role:

To support and assist the performance marketing team across paid verticals including but not limited to affiliate, paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), and Google. 

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

•    Support performance marketing team in creating / launching new ads and campaigns and monitoring performance within Meta, TikTok, and Google

•    Support performance marketing team in maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reporting docs 

•    Communicate upcoming sales, new collection launches, and new edits to our affiliate partners

•    Assist search marketing team with monitoring search query reports

Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Undergraduate preferably in the marketing field

•    Keen interest in fashion advertising

•    User of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 

•    General understanding of affiliate links + rev share model 

Preferred Qualifications

•    An eye for social media video trends in the paid advertising space is a bonus 

•    Equally detail oriented, analytical, and creative

•    Excel and Microsoft Office 

•    Photoshop experience is a plus
