Audience & Insights Manager - TOGETHXR

We’re looking for a dynamic, curious, and data-savvy Audience & Insights Manager to turn numbers into strategy across the business. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, this role will work cross-functionally to surface trends, answer key performance questions, and shape smarter decisions across content, social, partnerships, merch, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data across platforms (social, web, video, newsletter, etc.) to inform strategy

  • Partner with editorial, social, and revenue teams to guide content planning and growth tactics

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards that track KPIs across business units

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations

  • Support brand partnerships with campaign insights, recaps, and pitch data

  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to analyze drops, optimize conversions, and understand customer behavior

  • Identify audience trends, consumption patterns, and new growth opportunities

  • Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content experimentation

  • Provide data-driven POVs on company-wide initiatives and priorities

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a data role, ideally within media, digital, e-commerce, or brand strategy

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, SQL, Excel, and social platform insights (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo) or campaign measurement tools

  • Comfortable working across departments with strong business intuition

  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex data for non-technical audiences

  • Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to maintain extreme discretion. May be responsible for sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information

  • Ability to come into the LA office regularly

  • Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner

  • Passion for women's issues, equity, and sports a plus
