POSITION SUMMARY
Our ideal Retail Marketing Coordinator is highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks. This position will support the Retail Team and report to the Assistant Manager of Retail Marketing. The incumbent will also meet weekly with the Retail Marketing Assistant Manager to discuss current projects and goal set for the month to come. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude and a proactive approach with an appropriate sense of urgency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support weekly projects for Retail Marketing, Education, and Visual Merchandising teams while gaining insight about all things Rare Beauty, including products, Rare Impact, community initiatives, and retail partners
Lead product and sample registration across international markets in collaboration with Regulatory, Operations, Brand Marketing, and Product Development teams
Support competitive research projects focused on product trends, dot.com reviews, and social media
Responsible for maintaining and updating relevant sales documents and creating organizational templates to support business needs
Manage Retail product inventory and work closely with the Operations team to place orders depending on the needs of the business
Assist cross-functional teams with retailer shipments, occasionally working with office management to order shipping supplies
Collaborate with Creative team to brief, manage timelines, and submit global asset requests across retailer sites
Source and organize PDP assets and copy in line with individual retailer requirements
Support quarterly pricing audits in conjunction with larger Retail Marketing and Planning teams
Support maintenance of internal global assortments and launch dates trackers, updating with latest updates from Sales account leaders
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Interest in Sales or Retail Marketing as a potential career path
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across the team and overall organization
High level of motivation and dedication to completing tasks
Strength with time management and the ability to effectively prioritize workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Wrike, and Excel
Must be available to be in the El Segundo based office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently moves product weighing up to 30 pounds across office for various needs
Frequently moves about inside the office to access storage rooms, office machinery, etc.
Must be able to see product/inventory for packaging/shipping
Compensation:
$27/hr - $28/hr
