The Summer 2023 internship is a 10-week program that gives you the opportunity to apply your learnings in real world experiences and network be mentored by leaders within the industry.

Responsibilities

A marketing internship with The Coca-Cola Company is an opportunity to learn skills which will help you learn and grow. Based on the specific internship role you are given your experiences may include but are not limited to the following.

  • Learn how local brands strategies effect the overall Company strategy and drive profitable growth.

  • Connect with brand managers and category teams to find communalities with other local brands to define to develop growth strategies.

  • Analyze market data to uncover channel and campaign insights to determine actions that will increase marketing penetration.

  • See how teams leverage partnerships, both internally and externally to impact brand market share, while optimizing efficiency.

  • Connect with customers to execute and manage customer-specific online website and third-party platforms to ensure content (product images, description, bundles) is optimized and resolves any errors/issues

  • Implement and oversee the Coca-Cola product listings including set up, pricing, categorization, images, description, up-sell/cross-sell online to optimize online and in-store presence.

  • Develop tools, roadmap, and programs to increase online and offline channels to optimize product performance.

  • You'll gain experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases and other quantitative research tools to understanding consumer behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Strategic Management and/or Business

  • Junior or Senior in an accredited university with at least a 3.0 GPA

  • Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts (e.g. brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives and strategies, consumer segmentation) used in the development of marketing plans.

  • Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.

  • Ability to utilize syndicated, custom, and secondary research to identify opportunities to develop brand plans and marketing tactics.

  • Ability to work cross functionally with operations, business system and financial processes and activities, project management, in order to prepare and present to internal and external key contacts/senior management.

  • Must possess the ability to ability to work with a geographically spread, culturally diverse team, stakeholders and partners.
