We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate that is smart, scrappy, and can help implement ways to surprise, delight and incite our audience to be Grubhub diners. To that end, we’re looking for an Associate that can help to create and manage various efforts to connect with new and existing diners.

We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This position will play a critical hands-on role in our business to drive the growth of our customer base.

This position will be responsible for driving new customer growth through a variety of platforms, with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and incremental CPA by campaign. In this role you’ll work with the Growth Marketing team to implement the strategy while executing and optimizing a variety of digital campaigns.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead programmatic and affiliate marketing campaigns

  • Lead promotions budget and placements throughout consumer journey

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships

  • Support incrementality and geo testing

  • Collaborate cross functionally with our brand and product marketing teams to create uniform messaging throughout the funnel

  • Participate in the strategic execution, program maintenance, invoicing, and reporting of digital acquisition campaigns

  • Responsible for reporting metrics and tracking goals against each campaign. This includes, but is not exclusive of spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and CPA

  • Play a key role in researching and developing new marketing opportunities on paid digital marketing platforms to launch new initiatives

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2 - 3 years of digital marketing or advertising experience

  • Experience with programmatic DSPs, Affiliate and Loyalty programs

  • Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics

  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office with a solid foundation in Excel reporting and analysis

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Resourceful, energetic, self- motivated and reliable

  • A positive, team-player with a passion for marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

New York Salary Range: $66,000-$102,000

The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
