Highsman, founded by Heisman Trophy winner and NFL legend Ricky Williams, is hiring a Promo Team Lead to bring our products and vibe to life at dispensaries, events, and hangouts all over Massachusetts.
This role is designed for students — flexible hours, strong pay, and major clout.
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of Highsman at dispensaries where our products are sold
Make budtenders your biggest fans by educating them and hooking them up
Show up to sporting events, nightlife venues, tailgates, and trade shows
Give away food, merch, and product coupons to get people hyped
Use our CRM to plan your week, book visits, and track performance
Recruit friends or classmates to join your promo squad Collect sign-ups for Highsman’s loyalty program, giving customers the chance to win a VIP trip to the Super Bowl with Ricky Williams and other exclusive prizes
Drive new followers to Highsman’s social media by connecting, sharing, and encouraging on-site tagging
Post content to Highsman’s social channels from the field Prep your team, confirm their shifts, and keep everything running smoothly

You Are:
21+ and currently enrolled or recently graduated from college
A natural leader — social, charismatic, and respected by your peers Extremely organized and reliable — you can plan and execute events on time Comfortable with basic tech: QR codes, Google Drive, CRM tools, mobile forms
Able to post confidently to IG/Stories/Reels as part of branded field content Familiar with dispensaries or cannabis culture (or excited to learn)
Compensation $27–$30/hour ~22 hours per week Mileage reimbursement for travel Performance bonuses based on loyalty signups, social followers, and team success
