About Archive Knitwear:

Archive Knitwear is a small, woman owned handmade knitwear brand focused on using sustainable fibers & ethical production methods. We focus on small winter accessories including hats, headbands, mittens, and scarves, but we also dabble into home decor, including pillows and throw blankets.

Job description:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Retail associates to operate the store and market booths on a seasonal, part-time, hourly basis.

- Friendly, personable, self-motivated, problem solver, enjoys independent work, responsible, communicative, reliable.

- Previous retail and/or arts experience is preferred but not required.

- Shifts available 7 days a week. (Weekend availability is a plus throughout December!)

- Location: Boston, MA

Compensation is $19/hour.

POP-UP STORE + HOLIDAY MARKETS AT A GLANCE:

- THE CURRENT: October 1 - February 28 The Current is a collection of rotating businesses, comprised of nine small, freestanding shops located along Seaport Boulevard and Seaport Common in Boston’s Seaport District.

- SOWA WINTER FESTIVAL: November 28 – December 28 The SoWa Winter Festival features over 100 art, craft, jewelry, and food vendors from around New England. The market is located inside the Power Station on Harrison Avenue in the South End. Markets begin early November and run through December 31 so we are looking for team members to begin training this fall. Job responsibilities will include:

⭐️ Providing a joyful customer experience around the holidays

⭐️ Using the Square POS system to ring up sales and track inventory

⭐️ Maintaining a clean and organized booth and displays ⭐️ Helping customers choose styles and gifts
