About the Position
Are you passionate about health and wellness, with an interest in customer experience and operations? Perelel (pronounced “parallel”), the direct-to-consumer (DTC) women’s vitamin brand, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for our Operations Internship based in Los Angeles. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of operations while working with a leading disruptive brand in the women’s health industry.
Responsibilities
Support Customer Experience operations such as assembling courtesy packages to customers.
Manage returns process from customers, conducting an inspection of the item(s), and internal logs.
Help maintain internal databases for regulatory & compliance purposes
Manage office inventory levels of product and packaging materials.
Check in and unpack in-bound inventory helping maintain internal inventory systems.
Help source donation partners and manage delivery of donated products.
Conducting special projects on an as needed basis such as competitive analyses and helping source new partners across supply chain.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university.
Passionate about health and wellness.
Familiarity with Google suites and tech savvy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Located in Los Angeles or surrounding areas and has a reliable car.
Able to work in office in Santa Monica on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Able to work 15 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 9AM and 6PM.
